At Desi Commander, we are committed to providing transparent and student-friendly registration policies. Please read the following refund terms carefully before completing your registration.देसी कमांडर में हम पारदर्शी और विद्यार्थी-हितैषी रजिस्ट्रेशन नीतियाँ देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। रजिस्ट्रेशन पूरा करने से पहले कृपया नीचे दी गई रिफंड शर्तें ध्यान से पढ़ें।
1Registration Fee Refundरजिस्ट्रेशन फीस रिफंड
If you withdraw your registration within 30 days from the date of registration, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
No deduction is made during this 30-day period.
यदि आप रजिस्ट्रेशन की तारीख से 30 दिनों के भीतर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन वापस लेते हैं, तो आपको रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस का पूरा रिफंड मिलेगा।
इन 30 दिनों में कोई कटौती नहीं की जाती।
2Refund Processing Timelineरिफंड प्रोसेसिंग की समय-सीमा
Once your withdrawal request is received and verified, the eligible refund is processed within 7 working days.
Refunds can be made by:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Cheque
The mode is as opted by the student/client. You may be required to provide valid payment and bank details.
आपका विड्रॉल अनुरोध मिलने और सत्यापित होने के बाद, पात्र रिफंड 7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर प्रोसेस किया जाता है।
रिफंड इन माध्यमों से किया जा सकता है:
- UPI
- बैंक ट्रांसफर
- चेक
माध्यम विद्यार्थी/क्लाइंट की पसंद के अनुसार होगा। आपसे सही पेमेंट और बैंक विवरण मांगे जा सकते हैं।
3Withdrawal Requestविड्रॉल अनुरोध
To withdraw, contact Desi Commander and submit your withdrawal/refund request with the necessary registration details and proof of payment.
The 30-day period is calculated from the date of registration/payment.
रजिस्ट्रेशन वापस लेने के लिए देसी कमांडर से संपर्क करें और ज़रूरी रजिस्ट्रेशन विवरण व पेमेंट के प्रमाण के साथ अपना विड्रॉल/रिफंड अनुरोध जमा करें।
30 दिनों की गिनती रजिस्ट्रेशन/पेमेंट की तारीख से की जाती है।
4Refund Eligibilityरिफंड की पात्रता
A full registration fee refund is available only if the withdrawal is requested within 30 days.
Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस का पूरा रिफंड केवल तभी मिलता है जब विड्रॉल का अनुरोध 30 दिनों के भीतर किया जाए।
30 दिनों के बाद किए गए अनुरोध रिफंड के लिए पात्र नहीं भी हो सकते।
5Refund Confirmationरिफंड की पुष्टि
After the refund is processed, Desi Commander may confirm it through the contact details you provided.
रिफंड प्रोसेस होने के बाद, देसी कमांडर आपके दिए गए संपर्क विवरण पर इसकी पुष्टि कर सकता है।
